ARSENAULT: William George: With courage, after a valiant fight against Scleroderma, William “Bill” Arsenault of Boston, Ontario, died suddenly with his family by his side on Monday, September 29th, 2014 in his 55th year.Bill will be forever loved by his wife, best friend and soul mate Sue (nee Avey) with whom he shared a passion for finding dragonflies in nature, long scenic drives and ‘selfies’ on the rocks of Christian Island.Bill was a tremendous family man and will be fondly cherished for his sense of humour which always had everyone around him in stitches. His quick wit, funny hats and tall fishing tales will be remembered by all.   Bill was an avid fisherman who spent many hours fishing anywhere there was water in Georgian Bay, Oxford and Norfolk Counties.Bill will be sadly missed by his sister, Debbie Freeman and his brother Roy (Teresa). Bill will be lovingly remembered as a special son-in-law to Joe and Doreen Avey, and brother-in-law to Frank (Maryse), Beth (Scott), Michele (Pete), and Kelly (Dave).   He will be fondly thought of by his children and step-children, Tyler (Jamie), Shawn (Sara), Sheri (Chris), and Jay (Becky). Bill was a special Poppa to ten grandchildren and a loved uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Bill was predeceased by his parents Ken (2010) and Doris (2014).  Family and friends are invited for a Celebration of Bill’s Life on Saturday, October 4th, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at McBeath Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll, reception to follow at Crabby Joes, Ingersoll (downstairs).   If desired, donations in Bill’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Brant or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
