Bannon, Timothy Eugene
Peacefully at home on Thursday, February 13th, at the age of 71. Loving husband and best friend of Susan (Macnab). Proud and devoted father of Erin (Darren) and Matthew. Adoring Papa of Tye, Sam, and Ellis House. Son of the late Basil and Marjorie (Twiddy) Bannon. Son-in-law of the late Louis and Elsie (Tye) Macnab. Fondly remembered by Anne Wullms-Bannon. Brother of Terry (Linda), Dennis (Linda), Larry (Mary), Kathy (Tony), Judy (Kevin), Michael (Teresa), Joe (Vicki), and Sheila (Shawn). Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Tim was President of Macnab Auto Sales Limited in Ingersoll for 30+ years. In retirement, he enjoyed spending time with friends, travelling, cycling, flying, and watching his grandchildren’s sports.
A celebration of Tim’s life will be held on Saturday, March 7th from 1:00 – 4:00pm at Elm Hurst Inn in Ingersoll. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Ingersoll Community Foundation or OPAL Alliance. Online condolences are available through www.mcbeathdynes.ca.
