PARKER, Shawn Romain
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shawn Parker in his 59th year. Loving husband of Sherry for 35 years. Dedicated dad to Nick (Tori) and Mark (Becca). Cherished papa to Brooklyn and Dustin. Loving son of Marj and the late Harold Parker, and son-in-law of Steve and Alice Travis. Will be missed by his siblings, Darell (Jane), Darlene (late-Greg), Pam (Bill), Terry, Inger, Lorne (Taz), Jeanette (Paul). Predeceased by his twin sister Denise.
Shawn had an amazing love for his family and friends. He loved fishing, driving his Nova, and offering help and carpentry advice.
To celebrate his life, please join the family for visitation at McBeath Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Thursday from 5-8 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, May 27 at 11am. Interment to follow at Ingersoll Rural Cemetery.
Special thanks for Dr. Sondhi, Dr. Sanitani, Dr. Inculet, Dr. Pariser, Dr. Fryer and to all the caring nursing staff at Woodstock General Hospital, London Victoria Hospital and St. Elizabeth, especially Shawn’s primary caring nurse, Emily Johnston.
