Peacefully with his family by his side at Alexandra Hospital on Saturday May 13, 2023 in his 66th year. Dear father of Katherine Hay (Bob). Grandpa of Billy, Megan, and Cassandra. Brother of Dennis (Bonnie), Angela, Judy, Marie, Jeff (Lesley) and Darryl. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Vernin and Vera Chapman.
There will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Alexandra Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
