March 18, 1922-December 10, 2014 Peacefully with family by her side at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in her 93rd year. Ruth was the last member of her family. Beloved wife of the late John Porchak (1962). Loving mother of Cathy Hrynkiw and Randy Porchak (Chris) all of Ingersoll. Cherished grandmother of Angela Porchak Hrynkiw (Brian), Lisa Hrynkiw and great grandchildren Griffin and Marley Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents William and Ena Griffin, her brothers Wally (Marg, Yolanda), Reg (Helen) and sisters Doris (Robert) McKillen, Margaret (Ernie) Landick, Pauline, Alice (Jack) McDougall. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll Friday 7-9pm and Saturday 10-10:50am. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11am with Reverend Dr. David Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Ingersoll Rural Cemetery.
