Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. Pauline Pearl (Smith) Maier of Ingersoll in her 82nd year. Loving wife of the late Perry Maier. Dear mother of Terry (Nancy) Perkins, Kathy (Boris) Prokes, Janet (John) Noad, Vicki (Tom) Carrothers, Chris (Kathy) Maier and Larry Maier. Predeceased by her daughter Sharon and son Danny. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Lillian (Smith) Foster and Marjorie (Smith) Parker. Pauline was predeceased by her parents Fred and Lillian (Wyeth) Smith, her brothers Bobby, George, Jack and sister Gladys Duncan. Also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to all the staff at S.G.M.H. and Country Terrace Nursing Home. Relatives and friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Sunday 2-4 pm and Monday, April 11, 2016 from 12-12:45pm with the funeral service at 1pm, interment to follow in Ingersoll Rural Cemetery.
