Peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 in his 87th year. Beloved husband to Ilene for 66 years. Loving father of Cindy Blancher and spouse Danny Kew, Debbie and husband John Kaer and their son Jordan. Survived by a brother Lou Blancher and his wife Arlene. Predeceased by six brothers. Norm worked for the Town of Ingersoll in the public works department for 40 years and was a volunteer fire fighter in Ingersoll for 35 years. As per the family’s wishes, a private celebration will be held. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
