With her family by her side, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 16th, 2016. Norma (Elson) of Dorchester in her 75th year. She is survived by her loving husband, Toby, of 56 years. Cherished mother of Gordon (Sandra), Sandra (Domenic), Stephanie, and Brian (Sharleen). Grandma to six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Fondly remembered aunt to many nieces and nephews. Survived by her sister Frances (Richard). Her love of gardening was evident by her wide variety of tropical plants and gardens. Family and friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held from Sacred Heart Church, 131 Thames Street North, Ingersoll on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 10am with longtime family friend Fr. Joseph Devereaux presiding. Interment will be in Saint Mary Catholic Cemetery, Port Hope, ON at 3:30 pm. Memorial donations to the London Regional Cancer Centre (cheques accepted) would be appreciated.
