Obituary for Mike Shelton
SHELTON, Michael Carman October 19, 1940 – February 29, 2024
Born in London, Ontario and raised in Ingersoll, Ontario.
Survived by his wife June (Wilton) Shelton of 59 years. Predecease by his son Stephen William Shelton (March 15, 1992) and his parents George and Eva Shelton. Survived by his brothers Bill, Bob (Dianne) Shelton, nieces Lana Shelton-Seys (Cyril), Laurie Fitzpatrick (Dave), and nephew Garry Shelton (Lisa).
Mike worked at General Motors Diesel in London, Ontario. Mike and June enjoyed the winter in Florida for 20 years.
As per Mike’s wishes there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place with interment in Ingersoll Rural Cemetery later.
Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Michael are asked to consider the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
