GRIEVE, Marjory “Ruth” formerly of Ingersoll passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at the age of 97. Ruth was the dear sister of Bob (Reta) of Alberta and the late Jim Grieve (2006). Ruth was the much loved aunt to Jim Grieve (Brenda) of Alberta, Jennifer Malpass (Jim) of Ontario and Bill Grieve (Doreen) of Texas as well as a caring great-aunt to nephews Andrew, Sam, Nicholas, Matthew, Michael and niece Melissa. Ruth worked as a public health nurse in Oxford County and continued to passionately care for family and others long after retirement. She enjoyed curling, golf and bridge with her friends in Ingersoll well into her 80’s. Ruth spent summers at the family cottage in Port Burwell and was known to enjoy the occasional gin martini with a twist of lemon. Many thanks to all the staff at Elgin Manor who were so kind to Ruth in her later years. There will be no visitation or funeral.
