WAGNER, Marilyn Elizabeth (nee Mitchell)
With heavy hearts, on Sunday March 5th, 2023 our family announces the passing of Marilyn Wagner, wife, mother, grand and great grandmother. Born on June 10, 1933 to Roy and Mildred Mitchell (Warren).
Survived by her sister Helen Matthews. She met and married her neighbour Wilford and just celebrated their 69th anniversary on February 20th. She was a great and loving mom to David, Ron, and Jayne. Was glad when the grandchildren, Michael (Sarah), Joshua (Liz), Brittany (Joe Lappala), Jeremy (Natalie) came along, then celebrated their weddings and great grandchildren Thomas & Emmett, Leah, Grace & June, and Aidan respectfully.
Mom enjoyed caring for her family as a stay-at-home mom. She enjoyed cooking, her flower gardens, home canning and most of all the times we went as a family on holidays and camping. If we needed her she was always there. Both her and dad enjoyed their retirement by taking trips to many places and their winters in Florida and making lots of friends along their journeys.
Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll Thursday from 1- 3 and 6 - 8 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday March 10, 2023 at 11 am. Spring interment will be in Harris Street Cemetery.
