Obituary for Marie Rita 1929-2018 NOEL (Brideau)
Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the South Health Campus, Calgary, Alberta in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Victor Noel (1981), daughter of the late Thomas and Suzanne (Morais) Brideau.
Rita lived in Woodstock for many years.
Loving mother of Angie Rea (Bob) of London, Gilles Noel (Claudia) of Woodstock, Nicole Bigham of Ingersoll, and Denise Camm of Calgary. Cherished grandma of Debbie, Joanne, Michael, Cory, Olivia, and Julie; Sixteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Sadly, missed by her sisters Anne-Marie Brideau (Roger) of Whitby, Irene Patenaude (Regent) of Montreal, QC, brothers Thomas Brideau (Leontine) of Joliette, QC, Joseph Brideau (Mimi) of NB, Guilmond Brideau (Margot) of Laval QC, Claude Brideau of Laval, QC, sister-in-law Viola Brideau, and brother -in-law Leonce Noel. Predeceased by sisters Aurelie, Leonie, Lauza, brothers Edgar, Leonard, Charles, Normand, grandson Joey (1990), and granddaughter Vicki (2018).
She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and a good friend of 42 years Sandy McCurdy, also Tom (Michelle), Enola, Jane, and Joanne.
Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Wednesday from 7-9 pm. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Church 1420 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 11am. Private family interment will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ingersoll.
