Obituary for Linda ANSTEE

It is with profound sadness, that we announce the passing on December 11, 2015, of Linda Anstee (Adam) of Ingersoll in her 66th year. Born on September 25, 1950 in Ingersoll to Gloria Margaret Ann Hutson and John Ross Adam. She was raised by Gloria and her husband Donald Cecil Hutson. Linda spent her years at home raising her four children. She fondly remembered her employment with Bruce at the Esso station and her night shifts at MACS with Bert before she finished her employment career with a position at Collins and Aikmen. She retired from C & A many years ago. She is lovingly remembered for her impulsivity, her generosity and her creativity. She enjoyed many hours with ceramics, crochet and many other crafts and activities. Marina Shores, Long Point will miss her smiling face each season where she vacationed at her trailer with Archie. Linda is survived by her husband Archie Spietaels, of Ingersoll and her 4 children Michelle (Kent) of Ingersoll, Richard (Lili) of Toronto, Melissa (Matthew) of Thamesford and Jennifer (Craig) of North Vancouver and her brother John (Connie) of London, Also her stepchildren Jen (Ron), Christa (Ron) and Mandy (Craig). She will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren Tristan, Aidan, Codi and Victoria, Madison, Tessa and Leigh. She is predeceased by her mother Gloria, her father Ross, her father Donald and her sister Judith. Linda did not want a funeral; she wanted us to celebrate her life. The family of Linda, invite all her and their loved ones and friends to the Elmhurst Inn, Ingersoll, on Saturday, December 19 from 1-4 pm to Celebrate Linda and share stories of her cherished life.
