THOMPSON, Lillian M. – Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday October 2, 2017.   Lillian May Thompson (nee Eggett) of Innerkip was in her 71st year.  Beloved companion of Robert “Bob” Scott.  Cherished mother of Barbara Green (Peter Bartlett), Catherine Thompson (Don Ash) and Heather VanEe (Adrian).  Lillian will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Also survived by her five brothers and three sisters and their families.  Predeceased by her first husband George “Bud” Thompson, companion Daniel Sharp, daughter Sharon Cowan, grandson Brett VanEe, parents Wilbert and Betty (nee Watson) Eggett, as well as her brothers Norman Eggett and Larry Eggett.  Cremation has taken place.  A celebration to honour Lillian’s life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll, 519-425-1600.
