Joseph Wrona
October 18, 1923 – July 28, 2021
It is with great sadness that the Wrona family announces the passing of Joseph Wrona peacefully July 28, 2021, age 97, at the Alexandra Hospital in Ingersoll.
Beloved husband of Martha for 71 years, loving Father of Ed Wrona (Karin), and the late Susan Nash (Mark) and his grandchildren: Kiersten McBurney (Jason), Elizabeth Wrona (Mike Abma) and Quinn Nash. Joe will be sadly missed by his brothers Anthony, Stanley and Stephan, and their families in Poland.
Joe was his happiest when surrounded by family, especially his grandchildren. Grandpa will be remembered for being the number one fan in the stands whether it was hockey, swimming, skiing, or any other activity his grandchildren were involved in.
The family would like to pass on our huge appreciation for all the support that Dad and our family received from his care team, both in and out of hospital. Cremation has taken place, followed by a private family memorial service at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
