VanderVeen: Iemkje (nee Toering)

“Safe in the arms of Jesus” God in His infinite wisdom took to Himself his child, Iemkje VanderVeen at the age of 84 on Wednesday June 17, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Tjitse (Jim) VanderVeen. Loving mother of Elizabeth & Brian Schouwstra, Audrey & Gary Dykgraaf, Karl & Francy, and Aaron. Cherished Oate to Jonathan & Abby, Benjamin & Brittany, Joshua & Bethany, Jeremy & Lauren, Maria & Ryan, James & Jayme, Justin & Wendy, Rachel & Justin, and Sarah and grandchildren Mercy, Mikayla, Tobias, Colton, Arwen, Kierdan, William, Charlotte, Adeline, Karter, Kenzie, Tanner, Strider and Emmett. Iemkje was predeceased by her two brothers and three sisters. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Private funeral service for immediate family will be held on Monday June 22, 2020 at McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll.
