Obituary for Gretta Winnifred COUCH (Axford)
Peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Gretta Couch of Woodstock and formerly of Putnam and later Dorchester in her 93rd year.
Beloved wife of the late Wesley Couch (2007) for 58 years. Loving mother of Glen (Mary), Ken (Elfie), Norma (Tom), Ron (Elaine), John (Janet), Mary (Wayne), Marjorie (Doug), Al (Heather) and Carl (Lori). Cherished grandmother of many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Gretta was predeceased by her sisters Florence and Elva and her brothers Ellis, Lloyd and Murray.
Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 1pm with Pastor Mary Dillon officiating, interment to follow at Putnam Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Reynolds Creek United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
