Obituary for Keith PROUSE
Prouse, Gordon “Keith” – Passed away peacefully at Maple Manor, Tillsonburg, ON, on Friday, January 14, 2023 at the age of 92.
Beloved husband of Shirley Prouse (nee Garnham) for 71 years. Loving father of Cindy (Steve) Seward, Sue Knott, Keith (Chris) Prouse Jr., and Kelly (Rob) Vader. Cherished grandpa of Carrie (Ian) Wright, Christopher Seward, Michelle (Pete) Paterson, Jayne (Kirk) Martin, Erin, Sean and Tara Vader. Great grandpa to Alyssa, Ashton, Alexis, Olivia, and Sofia. Dear brother of Marjorie (Earl) Moulton [predeceased], Garnet [predeceased] Shirley Prouse, John Prouse (Jean predeceased), Janet Belore (Arnold predeceased), Irvin Jr “Bun” (Bonnie) Prouse [predeceased], Lorne Prouse [predeceased], Carole (Gord) Moulton, and Valerie (Andy) VanRyswk. Brother-in-law to Bette Lou Hudson. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephew, and extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Irvin & Gertrude Prouse.
The family would like to thank the Maple Manor Nursing Home for the excellent care over the last year and a half.
Family will receive guests on Friday, January 20, 2023 at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, Ingersoll between 12 – 1:45 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 pm with Pastor Lori Minler officiating. A reception will follow at the Mount Elgin Community Centre, 333204 Plank Line, Mount Elgin, ON at 3:00 pm.
