Suddenly at home on January 12, 2016, Gerald (Jerry) Douglas in his 65th year. Predeceased by his wife Mary Ellen (Knox) (2010). Stepfather to Stephanie Albrough and Michelle McEwen (Bill). Grandfather to Nicole, Maddison and Haden. Brother of Janet Smith (late Bruce 2002) and Patricia Jibb; Nephew of June Quinn. Predeceased by parents Harley (1991) and Lydia (1998) and his brother Robert (2007). Remembered by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll, Thursday 7-9 pm and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 11am with Reverend David Van Patter officiating. Spring interment will be in Harris Street Cemetery. Donations may be made in Jerry’s memory to the LHSC Foundation.
