INGHAM, Edward John “Ted” – With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ted Ingham in his 68th year after a short but courageous struggle with cancer.  Beloved husband of Ruth (Hutcheson) for 47 years.  Loving and dedicated father of Bill (LeeAnn and her son Ty) of Belle River, Kathie and Sue (Josh) Little of Goderich.  Awesome grandpa of Jamie (2011), Jordan, Nevaeh and Hadley.  Dear nephew of Charles (Karen) Ingham, Frank Ingham and Beulah Cody.  Also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends.  Predeceased by his parents George and Jean, brother Bill (1968) and his granddaughter Jamie (2011).  Ted was a proud and dedicated charter member of Dereham District Lions Club and recipient of the Melvin Jones Award from Goderich Lions Club.  Ted enjoyed hunting and fishing, the family cottage on Georgian Bay and family times.  Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll 519-425-1600, Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  A celebration of life will be held at the Mt. Elgin Community Centre, 333204 Plank Line, Mt. Elgin, on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at 2pm.  Light refreshments to follow. Donations in Ted’s memory to Sick Children’s Hospital of Western Ontario, or the Ronald McDonald House (cheques accepted) would be appreciated. Rest in peace Ted, we love you.
