Obituary for Doug Bruce
BRUCE, Douglas Lavern March 15, 2020
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father Douglas Lavern Bruce on Sunday, March 15, 2020.
Beloved husband of the late Doreen Bruce (Embury) for 68 years. Survived by loving daughters Vickie (Barry), Deborah (Phil), Cathy, and sons Kevin (Judy), and Darryl (Jackie). Doug was blessed with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Survived by brother Philip (Shirley) of Ingersoll. Doug was predeceased by his parents John and Emily Bruce, five brothers, two sisters, son-in-law Allen, and great grandson Brayden.
A private service was held with the immediate family on Wednesday March 18, 2020.
A graveside service and Celebration of Life will be held later. Memorial donations to the VON Sakura House or the Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice (cheques accepted) would be appreciated.
