Obituary for DJ West
WEST, Donna Jean (AKA DJ WEST)
Peacefully, on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Woodstock General Hospital, Donna Jean West of Woodstock. Survived by sisters Brenda Stokes of Belmont, Victoria, Australia, and Gwen. Predeceased by her life partner, Donnamarie Margaret Weston (2020), parents Elmo Eugene West (1998) and Elizabeth Mae (Miller) Lindsay (2002), and sister, Wendy. Cherished by family and friends near and far.
Donna was born in Tillsonburg and grew up in the area. She met and built a life with Donnamarie in London, Ingersoll, and Woodstock. They both loved day trips, often ending up down memory lane, and the simple things in life, especially their many dogs over the years.
As per DJ’s final wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral and private internment for DJ and Donna will be at Ingersoll Rural Cemetery in the Spring.
