Passed away peacefully, with family by her side at VON Sakura House, in her 59th year on Friday, November 11, 2022. Loving mother of Patrick, Adam, and Matthew. Dear sister to Linda Van Noort and Nick Van Noort. Predeceased by her parents John and Teresa Van Noort.
