Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Victoria Hospital, London on Sunday, July 10, 2016. Clarence Mattice of Ingersoll in his 78th year. Devoted husband to Carol Eleanore (Maguire) a seamstress in Ingersoll whom he married in 2005. Father of Dan Jones (Janice) and Dawn Duhamel (Mike). Grandfather of Hannah, Larissa and Kyle. Clarence was a member of Body of Christ; and Adherent of Stoney Creek Baptist Church where he served the ministry in welcoming and ushering. He was also a very compassionate volunteer at the Pain Clinic at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll and Ark Aid Missions on Dundas Street, London. Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll Thursday 4-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 11am with interment to follow in the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Lung Association (cheques accepted) would be appreciated.
