Peacefully passed away surrounded by her family, after a long illness, at VON Sakura House, Woodstock on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in her 52nd year.
Beloved partner of Mark Ford and mother of Kaylin Dykxhoorn. Loving daughter of John and Sheila. Dear sister of Peter Reynolds(Tanya) and their son Christopher.
A private family memorial service was held at McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home on Saturday December 14th, 2019 with Reverend Paul Walmsley officiating.
A private family reception and interment followed the service.
A public celebration of Chrislyn’s life will be held at Unifor Hall, 364 Victoria Street, Ingersoll on Sunday January 12, 2020 1 – 4 p.m.
Chrislyn’s family would like to thank the staff at Sakura House, Dr. Joel Wohlgemut and Tina DeJong her at-home caregiver for their care, compassion and dedication.
