PALMER, Barbara (Lou)
peacefully passed away at Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday November 6th, 2019 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband John Douglas Palmer (2004). Loving mother of Sue (Kris) and John (Jill). Cherished grandmother of Joshua, Juliana and Jordyn. Lou is survived by her bothers John, David and Richard; predeceased by her sisters Margaret and Mary-Lou. Lou will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.
The Oxford community has lost a talented member of the Oxford Group of Seven Artists and a long-time member of the Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre.
Family and Friends will be received for memorial visitation at McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll, Wednesday from 1-3 pm.
