Obituary for Barbara Jacqueline COLE (Mitchell)
COLE: Barbara J. (nee: Mitchell) - passed away peacefully at Secord Trails Care Community on Thursday August 27, 2020, one day after her 85th birthday.
Loving wife of Donald D. Cole and caring mother of David Jon and Mitchell D. Cole. Grandmother to Brandon and Leenah, great grandmother to Emmalee. Also remembered by daughter-in-law Anita (Empy) She loved them all.
Barb led a full life. She loved to sing in the church choir and with the Bellcanto singers in Ingersoll. She loved knitting, crocheting, pottery, porcelain dolls and so much more could be mentioned here. She was a life member of ITOPA Theatre where she acted, directed and did just about everything for 35 years. Barbara was the secretary at VMS Public School and spent 25 years as a medical records clerk at Alexandra Hospital in Ingersoll. She will be missed by many.
The family wishes to thank the entyire staff of Secord Trails for their good care and friendship. Cremation has taken place and her final resting place will be in the Memorial Wall at Ingersoll Rural Cemetery.
