Audry took a great interest in all of Don’s and her own family members, especially her niece and nephews and their families. She contributed a great deal to their lives all through her life. Even her great nieces and nephews know who “Dovy” was.

She was a lifelong member of the CWL.

She was a generous soul and took great comfort in her friends and neighbours who supported her in her final years, all of which was greatly appreciated by her family. Special thanks to Mike and Mary Vann, Mary Ann Flemming (2022), Dave and Marilyn Dunn, Gail Cooper, and Anne Cook.

She will be missed by her dear friends Grace Lemon and Margaret Mitchell. She was predeceased by her lifelong friend Theresa Bushell.

Audry resided at Oxford Manor for two years and a special thank you to all the staff who were always, always highly praised by her. Their kindness and caring will never be forgotten.

Thank you to all the many PSW’s who supported her and to Lisa Hackett who brought her the care, comfort, and closeness of family, especially during the covid lockdown period which was much appreciated by the family.

Audry spent some time in Alexandra Hospital where she was also well cared for. Thank you to all. The visits by staff were much appreciated and a special thank you to Dale Flemming who always acknowledged her and tried to cheer her up.

The last two years of her life have been spent at Fairview Mennonite Home in Cambridge where she received exemplary care. Thank you to the many caregivers there who were able to appreciate her sweetness along with her feistiness and were always patient and kind.

Your earthly journey is complete “Dovy.” You were loved.
