Peacefully at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Friday, October 27, 2017. Arnold Belore of Mount Elgin in his 84th year.
Beloved husband of Janet (Prouse) Belore for 64 years. Loving father of Leigh (Lee-Anne), and Gerald. Cherished grandfather of Jamie (Kerry), Tom (Ashley), Caitlin (Paul), Jesse (Katie) and great grandchildren Cameron, Cohen, Anna, Tanner and Ava. Dear brother of Marilyn McLeod (George), Linda Porter (Derreck) and sister -in-law Elsie Belore. He was predeceased by his brothers Floyd and Alec.
Arnold was a judge with the Standard Bred Horse Industry. He and his sons formed Belore Trailer, enjoyed watching horse racing from around the world, loved the horses and enjoyed singing in the choir.
Friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Sunday 2-5 pm. The complete funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday, October 30, 2017 at 11 am with Reverend Lynne Allin of Mount Elgin United Church officiating. Cremation with a private family burial will be held later.
